Illinois Inspector General Report on COVID Outbreak at LaSalle Veterans Home Released
The Office of the Illinois Inspector General has released a scathing report citing an “Inefficient, Reactive, and Chaotic” response to a COVID outbreak at the LaSalle Veterans Home which led to 36 deaths.
