VA is now able to offer vaccine to the following groups who are eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine at VA when their local VA facilities have enough vaccine:
- Veterans
- Spouse of a Veteran
- Caregivers of a Veteran
- Recipients of Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA) benefits
You can call the Hines VA COVID vaccine call center to schedule an appointment at 708-202-2707 or 708-202-7000. Vaccines are given in the Hines auditorium located on the west side of campus (Next to the canteen). You can enter directly through the auditorium or the atrium entrance. The facility is open 7 days per week for appointments.
